1. Only accept SMS warranty sent in within 7 days after the purchased. This warranty will be null if there is no SMS warranty record found in our database.
2. This product is under warranty against manufacturing defects by reason of faulty workmanship or internal electronic parts/materials. The warranty does not cover defects arising from misuse/mishandling, abuse, negligence, damage caused directly by fire, flood, convulsion of nature, war, riot, or civil commotion or any act of god.
3. The warranty becomes null and void if this product has been tempered with, undergone unauthorised repairs by third parties, software virus, the serial number on this product have been altered or removed, improper installation, alterations or modifications to this product and damage/tearing/removal of the warranty sticker that is affixed to this product.
4. The warranty period of this product from the date of purchase is as follows:(Excluding used sets
Transceiver: 12 months 6 months 3 months 1 month others:
Charger & Battery : 1 month
LCD, Camera, Joystick, Memory Card, Ribbon: 3months
5. This product shall be delivered by the user at his own exercise and expense to the Company's premises or designated premises.
6. All articles receive by us for warranty repair must be collected within one month, after we are not reponsible for any loss or damage due to contingencies being control. MYTEC MOBILE SDN BHD reserves the right not to release goods if customer is not able to produce the original copy or Service Request.
All parts replaced are not returnable
7. MYTEC MOBILE SDN BHD shall not respoinsible for any loss of business or profit for any other consequential loss however arising including delay in or failure to repair the phone.
8. Request for replacement or repair within the warranty period without producing warranty card will not be entertained.
